We hope that you have had a healthy and happy summer. Please take some time to read over the contents of this letter, as there are some changes this season.
We are now open for bookings and look forward to hearing from you when you are ready to book your vehicle transport. Our rates for the upcoming season are listed below.
Southbound Loading Dates
Once again we will be loading our trucks every Friday at our Vaughan terminal to head southbound, starting Friday, September 18, 2026.
Holiday weeks — please note
Both Christmas Day and New Year’s Day fall on a Friday this season, so these two loads will go out one day earlier:
- Christmas week: loading Thursday, December 24, 2026
- New Year week: loading Thursday, December 31, 2026
Northbound Pickups in Florida
Northbound pickups in Florida will typically occur every Tuesday from your residence. However, during high-volume weeks our terminals will need to spread out residential pickups. Pickup may occur on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday in order to accommodate everyone. You will be notified if that is the case.
Shipping Times
Please allow up to one week for shipping during normal volume weeks, and up to 10 days during very high-volume weeks — especially the last week of March and before Passover and Easter. Please do not count the pick-up day as a shipping day.
If you request to have your vehicle picked up earlier than our official load date for your convenience, please keep in mind that your vehicle will not leave earlier. Your vehicle will leave on the official load date.

Northbound rates include pickup from your door in Florida to our depot in Toronto, plus applicable surcharges. Please note: a 3% handling fee applies to all credit card transactions.
What is the 20% Fuel surcharge? It is our standard diesel surcharge, and it is already included in the totals above. It is subject to change at our discretion, depending on the cost of diesel.

Get a QuoteFlorida Delivery & Pickup Surcharges
Certain areas in Florida carry a surcharge for door delivery and pickup. The further your residence is from one of our Florida terminals, the more likely a surcharge applies — and you can avoid it and save $50 by collecting or delivering your vehicle to the closest terminal.
Surcharges generally apply to the areas listed below. The complete list of surcharges by city is at the end of this letter — please call us if you need help finding your city.
- North of West Palm Beach
- South of Miami
- North of Estero
- South of Bradenton
- North of New Port Richey
Required Documents
We require a full-size copy of your ownership.
If your vehicle is leased or financed, a written authorization letter from the leasing or financing organization is mandatory. It must permit the vehicle to be transported and to remain in the U.S. for up to six months.
Company-owned vehicles can again be transported, provided that you supply your Articles of Incorporation and a permission letter on company letterhead allowing you to transport your vehicle.
Personal Items
Please note that we are governed by U.S. and Canadian weight limitations. You may only use the trunk area of your vehicle to ship your personal items, and place one set of golf clubs on the floor of the back seat.
Spring 2027 — Customs Broker Fees
Please note that a fee of $100 will be added to your spring return rate only, to cover the cost of the Canada Customs Broker who acts as your representative at the border so that your vehicle may return to our depot.
U.S.-plated cars do not return to our depot. They must be cleared at the Canada Customs Bond Shed closest to you (for the GTA, that’s Mississauga). If your vehicle is U.S.-plated, a $200 fee will be added on top of the $100 above for the customs broker to prepare your paperwork. Please note that you will be expected to pick up your vehicle at that Bond Shed and pay them directly for any release fees.
Residential Pickup & Delivery in Toronto (GTA)
Residential pickup and delivery within Toronto and the immediate surrounding areas, including Oakville and Burlington, will be offered for $150. Vehicles will be picked up according to our flatbed schedule on Thursday and Friday. Please provide us with at least one week’s notice if you wish to book this service.
Please note that any region outside of Toronto must be picked up Tuesday through Thursday, according to the area and schedule. Please call for a rate if your residence is located outside of Toronto.
Cancellation Policy
We will waive cancellation fees up to 5 days before your departure. After that, a cancellation fee of $400 will be charged at our discretion.
Our Florida Terminals
If you wish to save $50, you can drop off or pick up your vehicle at any of our four Florida terminals:

Please book early
We have limited space on our trucks, and the Passover and Easter rush fills up quickly. Please reserve your spot as early as you can — and remember to book your return date at the same time, as it is very difficult to squeeze in vehicles at the last minute.
